Jane graduated with a kinesiology degree in 2016 and has been personal training since 2015. She works with many different demographics, but has a special interest in improving quality of life and fitness in older adults.
Jane became a Fascial Stretch therapist (FST) to better treat her clients. Through FST she treats chronic pain and tightness, and can help restore mobility and range of motion.
Outside of work, Jane likes to ride her bike, hike and rock climb. She also likes to travel and is always looking for new places to explore.
