Calgary massage therapist Katrina

Katrina graduated with honours from Alberta College of Massage Therapy in 2023 and from the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada in 2025.

She followed her inspiration into wellness after working in an office for many years and struggling with postural dysfunctions and chronic nerve pain.

Always seeking to get more knowledge and to learn from the best in the industry, she is an avid believer in continued education. She has taken courses in Fascial Decompression, Craniosacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Neural Manipulation and Dynamic Cupping. She utilizes a blended approach to her massage therapy treatments, using whichever techniques are needed to best help the individual.

In her free time, she enjoys being active with her three dogs. Together, they enjoy hiking, running, and biking, as well as training and competing in various dog sports such as agility, mushing, and disc.
