Dr. Logan Northcott
Chiropractor, BScKin., DC
Dr. Logan Northcott is a chiropractor serving patients in Calgary and the surrounding area. With a background in kinesiology, biomechanics, and competitive sports, Dr. Logan takes a movement-focused approach to chiropractic care, helping patients improve how they move, manage pain, and get back to the activities they enjoy.
Raised in Okotoks, Dr. Logan spent 17 years playing hockey and lacrosse while also competing in track and field, football, basketball, and volleyball. He has also played golf recreationally for more than 20 years. His personal experience with athletics developed an early interest in how the body moves, performs, and recovers.
Dr. Logan earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a focus on Biomechanics from the University of Lethbridge. He then continued his education at the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon, earning a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2020.
Today, Dr. Logan provides chiropractic care using diversified spinal and extremity adjustment techniques, along with soft tissue therapy and rehabilitative exercises. He is also certified through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), allowing him to work specifically with golfers on body mechanics, movement patterns, mobility, and physical limitations that can affect their golf swing and overall performance. His approach is designed to address the individual needs and goals of each patient, whether they are dealing with everyday aches and pains, recovering from an injury, trying to improve their mobility, or looking to stay active and perform at their best.
Dr. Logan believes chiropractic care should give patients more than temporary relief—it should help them understand their bodies and provide practical tools they can use to support their movement and recovery. Whether the goal is walking the dog comfortably, carrying groceries without pain, getting back on the hockey rink, or improving movement and performance on the golf course, his goal is to help patients move with greater confidence. Outside the clinic, Dr. Logan enjoys golfing, paddle boarding and hiking in the mountains during the summer. In the winter, you’ll usually find him skiing or back on the ice playing hockey.
