Renee Toxopeus

Originally from Vancouver, BC, Renee moved to Alberta to complete her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta. Prior to this she completed a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia Okanagan.
Since graduating Renee has completed additional course work including Level 1 Functional Dry Needling, Foundations of Anatomical Acupuncture 1, and Level 2 Manual Therapy through the Orthopedic Division. Renee has also developed a special interest in Vestibular Therapy, which includes the assessment and treatment for dizziness and balance related disorders.
Renee welcomes patients of all ages and conditions, and is a strong believer in individualizing her treatment plans to help her patients attain their goals.
Outside the clinic Renee loves to keep active. Whether she is out for a run, playing volleyball, hiking, or lifting weights, she always finds ways to keep moving.
