Stephanie Jones holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mount Royal University. With over a decade of experience spanning the private, provincial, and non-profit business sectors, she has established herself as a dedicated professional in coaching, advising, and mentoring employees and leaders.

Stephanie’s clinical expertise lies in her ability to work with a diverse range of clients, including couples (encompassing non-traditional relationships), adults, teenagers, and children aged eight and above. Her therapeutic approach is comprehensive and tailored to address a variety of issues such as trauma, anxiety, life transitions, burnout, grief and loss, intimate relationships, friendships, spirituality, self-harm, and self-esteem challenges.

Her extensive background and specialized focus enable her to provide effective and empathetic support, helping clients navigate their unique challenges and achieve personal growth. Stephanie is committed to fostering resilience and well-being in all her clients, ensuring they feel understood and supported on their journey to healing and self-improvement.
