Dr. Mike Belding Chiropractor, BSc, ART
Originally from Saint John, New Brunswick, Dr. Mike Belding moved to Calgary in 2010. He graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in 2010 as a Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine. In addition to his chiropractic degree, he also completed a Clinical Acupuncture program, which allows him to provide acupuncture treatment in addition to his chiropractic services.
With regards to treatment, Dr. Belding believes in a research based approach that tailors treatment to the specific needs of each individual patient. To this end he has gained certification in Active Release Techniques, Clinical Acupuncture, Graston Technique, and familiarized himself with the latest in Shockwave research. By treating both joints and muscles, patients improve faster and more fully. Dr. Belding also believes in educating his patients, so that they can take the proper steps to live a pain free and active life.
In his spare time, Mike enjoys watching and playing sports, reading, watching movies, and running. He recently completed the Scotiabank Half Marathon, and hopes to run additional races in the years to come. This past year, Mike and Kate served as the exclusive Active Release and chiropractic treatment providers for the 50th Calgary Marathon.
